He is survived by: his siblings, Willie Curtis Jackson (Margaret) of Clarksville, VA., Leon J. Jackson of Keysville, VA., Michael L. Jackson (Gayle) of Chase City, VA., Patricia Jackson-Hines of Keysville, VA., Phyllis Jackson Moore (Leroy) of Kenbridge, VA., Steven A. Jackson of Portsmouth, VA. and Rhonda D. Jackson of Richmond, VA.; his aunt Ozie Callahan Jackson; and his close friends, Mildred Woodson Reavis, DeVondus Booker and Tyrone Eggleston. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Baptist Church (219 N Broad St, Kenbridge, VA 23944). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
