He is survived by: his sister Jo Anne Joyner; his nephews, Joshua Johnson (Jennifer) and Christopher Johnson; his niece Erica Shaffer; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jade, Jaedyn, Desiree, Timmy, Katie, Denver, Autumn and Willow; and his pet Pumpkin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
