He is survived by: his wife Barbara Diggs of Farmville, VA; his siblings, Adrienne Diggs (Allah) of Bellmawr, NJ, Glendon Diggs (Lillie) of Crewe, VA and Wallace Diggs of Brooklyn, NY; his stepdaughters, Audreynette Tucker and Catrice Williams; his grandchildren, Quandell, ReQuan, Kendrick, ShaCola, Ditreka and Briana; and his siblings-in-law, Hattie Divens, Lillie Diggs, Mable Dodson, Vanessa Carroll, Allah Mathematics, James Williams, David Dodson, Charles Carroll and Russell Williams. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
