Quarles (Jackie) of Port Orange, FL; her children, Teresa Fowlkes of Blackstone, VA, Dirk Fowlkes (Paulette) of Blackstone, VA and Crystal Watkins of Blackstone, VA; her grandchildren, Felicia Knight of North Carolina, Felix Fowlkes of Blackstone, VA, Deidre Fowlkes of North Carolina, Jakeem West of Blackstone, VA, Deresha Fowlkes of Blackstone, VA and Trayvion Watkins-Jennings of Blackstone, VA; and her nephews, Samuel Quarles (Delphine) of Richmond, VA, Alonzo Quarles (Linda) of Kenbridge, VA, Randy Hicks of Maryland and Dwayne Anderson (Tracy) of Blackstone, VA. She is also survived by great grandchildren, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
