She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Ward and Jennie Ward; her husband Henry Jackson; and her siblings, George, Freeman Ward, Julia Stith, Bobbie C. Ward Hill and Mary E Oliver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Jackson of Crewe and Claudia Farrell of Amelia; her grandchildren, Abdul Jackson (Charrissa) of Chesterfield, A. J. Mahan of Crewe and Jaquanna Thompson of Richmond; her father-in-law Henry Jackson; her great grandchild Christina of Chesterfield; her stepson Alvon Pegram of Amelia; her siblings, Ardelia Vaughan of Crewe, Addie Jennings of Boston, Carrie Anderson of Crewe, Millie Glover of Blackstone and McKinley Ward, Jr. of Hopewell; her niece Annie Bradshaw of Crewe; and her brothers-in-law, Roscoe Anderson, Sr. of Blackstone and Ben Stith of Crewe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
