He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Moore and Thelma Jordan Moore of Darvills, VA.; and his grandparents, Allie, Laurena Moore, James and Josephine Jordan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Moore (Pat); his siblings, Mildred Moore Rahim (Abdul) of Chicago, Claristine Moore, Beverly Moore of Peterburg, Virginia and Vincent Bridgeforth (Shavonne) of Delaware; his nieces and nephews, Bashir Muhammad (Laura) of Chicago, Illinois, Justin R. Moore of Houston, Jerel Taylor (Marsha) of Matoaca, James, Reggie, Hannah El-Amin (Raza Imam) of Chicago, Jacelyn T. Bradford (Calvin) of Chester, VA, Jelita F. Booker (Freddie) of Blackstone, VA., Patrice White of Richmond, VA, Alexis Stokes and Jazmin Stokes of Hopewell; his brother-in-law James "Jimmy" White of Blackstone, VA.; his aunt Mary B. Jordan of Brooklyn; and his cousin Deacon Thomas A. Jordan. He is also survived by five great nephews, eleven great nieces, a host cousins and other relatives and friends.
