Hastings and Catherine "Carrie" Matthews Hastings of Blackstone; and his brother Clinton Barrow Hastings of Clarksville. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra H. Pasternak (Jack) of Nags Head, NC and Donna H. Dietz (August "Andy") of Ashland; his grandchildren, Dr. Ryan H. Pasternak (Merisa) of New Orleans, LA., Benjamin T. Pasternak, Kelly of Goochland, VA., Angela P. Mercer (James) of Midlothian, VA. and Dr. Ashley D. Eisenback (Brian) of Johnson City, TN; and his great grandchildren, Lorrin, McKenzie, Isabelle Mercer, Zachary, Evan Pasternak, Hayden Pasternak, Madeline, Emma Eisenback and Dietz.
