She was predeceased by: her husband Skeeter Barlow; her son Bobby Barlow; and her sisters, Betty Sherman and Susan Rusch. She is survived by: her children, Ray Barlow of Blackstone, Kathy Arthur of Blackstone and Sharon Powers of Blackstone; her grandchildren, Shawn Arthur (Carol), Jason Powers (Stephanie), Brittany Hughes, Patrick Powers (Amanda), Nicholas Powers (Thomasena) and Jeremy Barlow; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Cassidee, Kolby, Jordan, Tanner, Kathryn, Rachel, Ra'duryis and Misena.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Blackstone Volunteer Fire Department, 318 Church St., Blackstone, VA 23824.
