She is survived by: her daughter Khadijah Johnson of Goochland, VA; her son-in-law Joseph Johnson, III; her grandsons, Joseph Johnson IV and Josiah Johnson; her siblings, George, Ellen Smith of Washington, NC, Josephine Green of Richmond, VA and Annie Mae; her brother-in-law Ben Smith of Washington, NC; her niece Maria; her friends, Henrico and Deborah Jennings of Georgia; her great-niece Simya Jennings; her nephew James Jennings; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Antonio, Tremaine and Tia Jennings; her nephew Anthony; her cousin Dr. Edmonia T. Yates of Baltimore, MD; and also, Joseph Yates, Jr. and Patricia Yates. She is also survived by family friends.
