She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Lambert and Viola Lambert of Kenbridge, VA.; her siblings, James I. Lambert Sr. Linwood, John A. Lambert and Annie Sue Lambert (Melvin L. Hayes); her children, Viola A. Lambert, Melvin V. Hayes and Theresa D. Freeman; her grandchildren, Destiny M. Hayes, Danisha R. Hayes and Kalijuan D. Andrew; and her son-in-law Nelson Mayo.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Lambert, Frank Lambert, Melvina Hayes, David Hayes, Thelma Fuller (William), Doris Fuller, Annie Fuller (Ralph), Alma Mayo, Calvin Hayes and Kenneth Hayes; her sister Barbara L. Lambert; her aunts, Nancy Parker and Lois Boswell; her son-in-law John R. Freeman Jr.; her caregiver Deborah Craven; her cousin Dorothy Cabiness; and her friends, Gena Hawthorne, Annette and James King. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
