He is survived by: his brothers, Clarence "Bubba" Rather and Earl Rather Sr. (Brenda); his siblings-in-law, Teresa Rather and Ruffus Jeffries; and his children, Diane Rose and Earnest Samuels. He is also survived by loving cousins and friends.
