He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Smith Bowlin; and his parents, Clinton Bowlin and Helen Lynn Bowlin. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Todd Bowlin of Blackstone and Michael Carlyle Bowlin of Blackstone.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (700 8th St, Blackstone, VA 23824).
