He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hughes Winslow; his children, Ann Winslow Millican of South Carolina and John Raye Winslow (Shirley) of Blackstone; his grandsons, Jamie Thorpe, Ben Winslow, Lee Winslow and Chad Millican; his brother Bill Winslow (Janet) of South Carolina; his sister-in-law Beth Tanner of Texas; his nieces, Karen Clark and Rachel Cereceros; and his nephew Tom Winslow.
