He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Graham and Jimmie Graham; his wife Clara Ann Graham; and his sisters, Barbara Croy and Flan Ousey.
He is survived by: his daughter Gloria; his son-in-law Earl Smith; his sons, Brian (Kelly Graham) and Paul Graham; his siblings, Delilah McConnell, Nita (Ed Horton), Carolina (Fred Hammond), Angie Shipley, Kaywood Graham (Darlene) and Denson (Vickie Graham); his grandchildren, Jason Smith, Little Billy Graham, Jennifer Boyd, Matt Boyd, Christopher Graham and Chasidy Graham; and his close friend Julie Bryant. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
