He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur White and Nettie Sheltman White; his former wife Evelyn White; and his wife Bessie Handy White. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Juel Jr. Albert (Angie), Tiffany Albert, Crystal Boyle (Jason), Justyna, Wyatt, Luke, Tanner, Riley, Dawson, Layla and Lena. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
