She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gilford and Clio Hutsell Layman; her husband Vernon Hunter Baker; her siblings, Ruth Elizabeth Layman Walker, Edith Clio Layman Hutsell, Ella Joyce Layman Murphy and James Ray Layman; her daughter-in-law Judith Yvonne Jones Baker; and her granddaughter Alison Marie Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Linda Baker, Edward "Eddie" Archer Baker, Carol Lavern Baker, Janice Marie Baker Fagan (Joseph) and Vanessa Ann Baker Pavlik (Russell); her grandchildren, Eric Jason Crews, Jean Crews Piermattei (Steve), Diane Baker, Alan Baker (Audrey), Michelle Baker Hall (Seth), Kelly Fagan Anderson (Aaron), Andrew Fagan, Jessica Fagan Weedon (Chris), Erin Fagan Lewis (Alex), Eli Fagan, Hunter Pavlik (Mary Beth), Sean Pavlik (Stephen Salazar) and Matthew Pavlik (Anna); and her sister Hazel Christine Layman Dake. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
