She was predeceased by: her parents, Lola Perkins Pennington and Theodore Pennington; her husband William'Bill'Sarver; and her siblings, Mildred Lucado, Rene Plymale, Betty Chandler, Janie Havens, Bob Pennington and Butch Pennington.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Sarver (Katie) and James Sarver (Judy); her grandchildren, Madeline, Allison, Russell, Nate, Jackson and Elizabeth; her stepchildren, Flora Martin and Robert Sarver; her stepgranddaughters, Rebecca and Linda; her siblings, Vicky French and Richard Pennington; and her caregiver Jackie.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCoy Funeral Home (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
