It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Edward Bandy of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Bandy; his sister Betty Mae Loftis; and his brother-in-law Alford Harrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis (Wayne Surface), Linda Harrell, Lois Suter, Billy (Dee Bandy), Joe (Lynn Bandy) and David (Pam Bandy); and his brother-in-law Damon Loftis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
