He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Deshazo and Ozzie Noel. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Noel; his children, Leigh Edmiston, Brittany Garcia (Adrian) and Roman Noel; his grandchildren, Kamryn Edmiston and Chase Garcia; his nephew Tommy Clarkson; his niece Brandy Ross Kyle (Brandy); and his brother Ricky McAdoo.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084-3490).
