With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Bowden Jr. in Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Paris, Tennessee, who passed away on July 21, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert Lee may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Bowden; his sons, Todd Bowden of Blacksburg and Brent Bowden; and his daughter-in-law Crystal Bowden of Salem, VA..
