It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ferguson Cooper of Blacksburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Cooper and Mary Louise Cooper; his wife Debbie; his daughter Amanda Christine Cooper; and his siblings, Michael Cooper and Stephanie Cooper. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
