Paul Ruszler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2025, at the age of 91, Paul Ruszler of Blacksburg, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paul Ruszler to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ruszler and May Ruszler; and his wife Diane Holt Ruszler. He is survived by: his long time love Betty Manus of Blacksburg; his daughters, Karen Ertel (Frank) of Healdsburg, CA and Linda Ruszler of Gaithersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Daniel Ertel of San Diego, CA and Jennifer Ertel of Brooklyn, NY; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Peyton Ertel of San Diego. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Northside Presbyterian Church (1017 Progress St NW, Blacksburg, VA 24060). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (2880 N Franklin St, Christiansburg, VA 24073).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Paul Ruszler Memorial Fund at Northside Presbyterian Church, 1017 Progress St. NW, Blacksburg VA 24060.
