He was predeceased by: his parents, Alray Blevins and Nora Goodman Blevins; his wife Margaret Frantz Blevins; his daughter Phyllis Johnson; his brothers, Larry Blevins, Carlton Blevins "Bill" and Nathaniel Blevins; and his grandmother Poff (Faye Perkins).
He is survived by: his children, Bill Blevins (Rita) of Greeneville, TN, Jackie Blevins of Christiansburg, VA and Beth. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
