He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Palmer Price Jr. and Sylvia Moore Price; and his brother John Thomas Price. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Bernardo (Ken) of Charlotte, NC and Travis Lee Price of Blacksburg, VA; his siblings, Patty Trump (David) of Pembroke, VA and Rocky Price of Blacksburg, VA; his granddaughters, Lauren and Clara Bernardo of Charlotte, NC; and his nephew Adam Pearman of Blacksburg, VA..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Blacksburg Volunteer Rescue Squad or Good Samaritan Hospice.
