She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Culler and Vergie Rakes Culler; and her husband Palmer C. Talbutt, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Scott C. Talbutt of Christiansburg.
A memorial service will be held at a later date due to Covid-19.
