She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Brown and Lucile Frederick Miller; and her husbands, Wayne Chinn and Ezra Lucy (Richard). She is survived by: her children, Christopher (Katie), Michael, Scott, David and Lisa; and her sister Priscilla. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Life Christian Fellowship Church (1521 S Main St, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
