He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Alta Barnett; his children, Elizabeth Ann Notess (Mark) of Knoxville, Tennessee, William Kinne Barnett (Teresa) of Walpole, Massachusetts, Charles Lewis (Michele) of Gambrills, Maryland and Catherine Grace (Jon Meyers) of Webster Groves, Missouri; his grandchildren, Hannah (Jon Hiskes), Brian (Adrienne), Benjamin Notess (Shelby), Nathan, Tyler, Emma, Tessa Barnett, Abigail, Olivia Barnett, Samuel and Jackson Meyers; his great grandchildren, Asher, Silas, Luke Notess, Samuel and Theo Hiskes; and his sister-in-law Bernadine Esther Farrow of Shawnee, Kansas..
