He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Hay and Willie Hay; his siblings, Theta Artrip, Janice Patton, Mack Hay and Terry Gortney; his wife Sula Fields Hay; his children, Melissa (Chris Kile), Susan (Lyn Jordan), Rebecca (Robert Pittard) and John Hay; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Metz (Scott), Anna Will (Tanner), Caroline Pittard, Rachel Robbins (Carter) and Brice Reid; his great grandchildren, Kile, Andrew Metz, Norah Will and Mac Robbins; and his son Paul Trianosky.
