She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Roger Collier, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Collier, Brad Collier and Cheryl Parsons (Eddie); her grandchildren, Erin, Michael, Megan, Alexis Collier and Justin Scott; and her brothers, Norbert and Raymond Screbant (Susan). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
