He was predeceased by: his father Joseph James Hennessy. He is survived by: his mother Violet Rita Shildhorn Hennessy; his daughter Farah Hennessy; and his siblings, Ann Marie Rakowicz, Elizabeth Ann Hennessy, Mary Agnes Marinelli and Michael Robert Hennessy.
