He was predeceased by: his parents, John David, Sr. and Betty Ann Mullins Olinger. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Olinger; his daughters, Kelley Olinger and Kasey Olinger; and his siblings, Debbie (Mike Meadows), Becky (Roger Broce), Karen (Chip Craven) and Chuck Olinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
