We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023, at the age of 82, James Robert Lang (Blacksburg, Virginia), born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Lang and Permilla Lang; his wife Lois Lang; his daughter Jennifer Lloyd; his granddaughter Eleanor; his daughter Alison Barton; his son-in-law Ben Barton; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Juliet and James.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lang-Daubert Scholarship Fund (#860643) at Virginia Tech, or to Luther Memorial Lutheran Church's (Blacksburg) Music Ministry fund.
