He was predeceased by: his parents, B. B. Wynn and Jewel Evelyn Wynn (Adams); and his stepmother Eva Wynn. He is survived by: his half-sister Winnie "Tootie"; his brothers-in-law, Joe Miller and Hubert Gravley; his wife Joyce (Kirk); his siblings, Norene Gravley of Longview, TX and Byron (Margie Wynn) of Conroe, TX; his daughter Jenny; his son-in-law Philip; his granddaughter Faith Cooper of Harrison, TN; his stepgrandson Christopher (Laura Cooper) of Deer Park, OH; his son Jay; his grandsons, Jack and Jared Wynn of Blacksburg, VA; his daughter Jessica; and his grandchildren, Braydon and Ashlee Mangrum of Longview, TX.
