It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Hale (Blacksburg, Virginia), who passed away on December 6, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Hale to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Hale; her son Monte Hale; her parents, Courtney Caldwell and Lucy Caldwell; her stepmother Rosie Caldwell; her siblings, Harmon, Sidney Caldwell and Edna Dillon; her son-in-law Bobby Bowles; and her granddaughter Angie Bowles.

She is survived by: her children, Martha (Danny McMahan), Mildred (Joseph Ryan), Wava Bowles, Wanda (Cody Vincil) and Walter (Debbie Hale); her daughter-in-law Janet Hale; her grandchildren, Ricky, Marilyn McMahan, Tina McMahan, Sonya Ryan, Stephanie, Ronnie Bailey, Shelana, Jason Gwinn, Missy Bowles Hudson, Kasey, Dallas St. Clair, Shawna, Jamie Lafon, Harvey, Jennifer Waddel, Jr., Jody, Collette Waddell, Jonathan, Shelby Waddell, Jessica, George Robertson, Amanda, Jamie Slusser, Christopher Hale and Afton; and her sister Elizabeth Hale. She is also survived by 29 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Blacksburg Rescue Squad at 1300 Progress Street NW, Blacksburg, VA 24060 .
