We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2024, at the age of 81, Garnett Albert of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in McCoy, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Garnett farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Garnett is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Albert; his parents, Charlie Albert and Dorothy Albert; his sister Treva Quesenberry; and his sisters-in-law, Loretta Albert and Shirley Albert.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carlton Albert (Dixie), Clarence Albert, Troy Albert and Joy Nester; and his nephew Bernard Nester. He is also survived by children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.
