He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy and Fredrick D. Snell, Sr.; his sister Dottie S. Clark; his niece Lori Clark Short (Tim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Drew and Makenzie; and his nephew Chip Clark (Becky) of Virginia Beach.
