With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Ruffy Moseley in Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O. Moseley and Edythe Moseley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy H. Moseley (Lea); his daughters, Nancy and Virginia Moseley; his sister Alene Danby; his niece Tracy Williams; his nephew Michael Goodwin; and his grandsons, James and Carson Higham.

“So many found memories of Mr. Mosely…I love US history because of him and was a student at the “old” high school and remember many a livid civil war lecture in those non air conditioned class rooms and your collection of soldiers.
