She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Simeon and Ruby Woolwine Price; her daughter Cheryl Denise Neighbors; and her brother Charles Matthew Price. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Hope Neighbors; her children, Karen (Gary Worrell), Jeanette (John Wiggert), Sherry Neighbors (Stephen Donathan) and Michael Neighbors; her grandchildren, Traci Worrell, Hope Worrell, Jessica Wiggert, Jamie Wiggert and David Neighbors; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Landon, Madison and Annabelle; her siblings, Alice (Robert Wrenn), Kathleen (J. C. Absher), Judy Dowdy and David; and her sister-in-law Sandy Price. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
