He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Dickerson; his brother Elnathan Rathjen (Jan); his children, Linda, Talitha Kay Ponder (Gene), Jeremy Donaldson (Tammie), Chris Rathjen (Heather), Tony Rathjen (Jenny) and Aaron Teller (Mary); his mother-in-law Barbara Dickerson; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Walrond (Tom) and David Dickerson (Susan). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
