He is survived by: his wife Linda McNeer Garrison; his children, David Garrison and Susan Garrison Scheper; his son-in-law J. Scott Scheper; his grandchildren, J. Luke Scheper and Claire Scheper; and his sister-in-law Marcia Elizabeth McNeer (Stuart McNeer Black).
