It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Diane Averhart of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Christiansburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 22, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Franklin Averhart and Eileen Keffer Averhart. She is survived by: her siblings, Roger W. Averhart of Blacksburg and Dreama A. Dunford of Dublin; her nieces, Amy Crouch (Mark) of Bedford and Audra Bowyer (Troy) of Forest; her great-nephew Conner Bowyer of Forest; her great-nieces, Mariah Bowyer of Forest and Stephanie Crouch of Bedford; and her cousins, Ziva Davida and Welsh Corgi.

Memorials may be made to the sound system fund at Level Green Christian Church, 3388 Cumberland Gap Rd., Newport, VA 24128.
