With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Wayne Helton (Blacksburg, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2024 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Helton and Shirley Bryant; his stepfather Allen Bryant; and his brother-in-law Luke Lucas. He is survived by: his son Daniel Womack; his siblings, Jimmy, Allen Junior Pack of Christiansburg, Mary, Jeff Linkous of Floyd, Melissa Lucas of Hiwassee, Jackie Bryant and Carl Letner of Pulaski; and his nieces and nephews, Dawn, Michelle, Michael, Shannon, Brian, Megan, Samantha, Danielle, Coy and Robyn. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and cousins, and a lot of good friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to offset funeral expenses would be appreciated.
