It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Coach Charles Foster Hartman of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen; and his stepdaughter Melinda Ann Teague. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Barbara Hartman; his friends, Jay Phillips and Billy Sorrell; and also, Ronald Estridge (Cynthia), Nancy Moss and Suzanne Rhodes (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a celebration of Chuck's life will be held in the Spring of 2021.
