He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Spencer and Hazel Spencer; his wife Elizabeth House Spencer; his daughters, Elizabeth Spencer Allen (Charles), Margaret (Daniel), Catherine (Harry) and Hazel (John); and his grandson Chester.
Because of the pandemic, no visitation is set at this time.
