She is survived by: her husband Russell L. Scruggs; her sons, Mark Osborne (Judith), Alan Osborne and James Osborne (Jacki); her stepdaughter Stephanie Schramm; her grandchildren, Peyton Osborne (Abigail), Paige Setliff (Damon), Carson Osborne, Madison Osborne, Ariana Osborne, Richie Gross, Justin Schramm and Jake Schramm; her great grandchildren, Asher, Allora, Allena Setliff and Chandler Osborne; and her brother Robert Ferguson (Faye).

Until the Pandemic, she volunteered at God's Storehouse.
