He was predeceased by: his parents, John Creed Absher, Sr. and Virginia Elizabeth Price Absher; and his siblings, Virginia Lynn Barker and Charles Dean Absher. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Suzanne Bundy (Becky); his children, Amanda (Colin White) and B. J.; his grandsons, Jameson and Lucas; and his siblings, Hope Machemehl, Bonnie Widner, J. C. Absher and Richard Absher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
