He is survived by: his wife Bertha Jane; his stepsons, Brian and Bruce; his daughters, Karis and Kadyn; his cousins, Shirley Wheeler, Jackie King, Janice Whitt, Eddie Shrader, Bill Crabtree, Paul Osborne (Buddy), Roma Jean Thayer, Barbara French, Anita Bowman, Leffel, Jennifer, David Alexander and Betty Leffel; and also, Tania, Betty Jo Prater, James Robinson (Robbie), Douglas Robinson (Teeter) and Leffel.
