It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Ann Finney of Blacksburg, Virginia, born in Itmann, West Virginia, who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Shufflebarger and Nellie Mabe Shufflebarger; her husband Jack Finney; and her brother Clarence Shufflebarger. She is survived by: her sons, Jack W. (Kathy Finney), Robert (Jackie Finney) and Shawn Finney (Vicki Fontcuberta); her grandchildren, Dylan Finney, Corinne Tilley of Richmond, VA, Nathan Finney of Falls Church, VA, Jillian Finney Bishop, Clark Bishop of Cumming, GA and Bobby Finney of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchild Ford Bishop; her niece Peggy McGraw (Warren); and her nephew J. G. Finney (Theresa). She is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews, and several close special friends.
Services will be private due to the pandemic.
