Barbara Periman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2021, at the age of 85, Barbara Periman of Blacksburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Eugene Periman; her parents, Charles Dana and Josephine Dana; and her brothers, Charles and Kent.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Tuck (Rick) and David Periman (Teresa); her grandchildren, Chris Tuck (Christie), Michael Tuck (Kelley), Stephen Tuck, Angela Chumpitaz (Paul), Tony Periman (Chelsea), Brian Periman (Micah), Kevin Periman (Amanda) and Melissa Bryon (Glenn); her great grandchildren, Travis Gauldin, Ryan Gauldin, Miranda, Elizabeth, Rebekah, Hannah, Abigail Tuck, Maria Periman, Joseph Perino, Matthew, Erin and Addison Periman; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxon and Landon Gauldin.
During COVID they kept in touch by walkie talkie and sneak visits.
Barbara and Eugene met at the University of Colorado in Boulder where they hung out at the Wesley Foundation.
