She is survived by: her children, Melvern Duncan (Lisa) of Bishop, VA, Vernon Duncan of Bishop, VA, Rita Strout (Terry) of Kingwood, WV and Miggie Akers (Rufus) of North Tazewell, VA; her sisters, Marjorie Biestal of Greensboro, NC, Pauline Brewster of Maryland and Regina Few of Maryland; her grandchildren, Britany Super, Kathy Duncan, Vernon Bo Duncan, II, Katrinia Gould, Alisha Sigley, Ashley McKinley, Nathaniel, Gabrielle, Samantha Akers and MaKayla Carty; and also Kylee Akers. She is also survived by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
